4. License and Ownership

Upon payment for a logo design:

• You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the logo
• You may use the logo for commercial purposes
• You may not resell or redistribute the logo as a standalone product
• Redesign retains ownership of design elements and templates

5. User Conduct
