- Valuable Items: You are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items before our service begins.
- Pets: Please inform us of any pets and ensure they are secured during service.
4. Service Scheduling and Cancellation
- Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our platform or customer service.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid cancellation fees.
- Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
